Our boss has been working with vinyl since 2006 and in the wrap game since 2010, which is long enough to have seen every shortcut and to have stopped taking them. Vixen was built to do the part of the industry that feels the most rewarding: creating low cost per impression mobile billboards for businesses.
We work exclusively in 3M vinyl and our installer is 3M Preferred. That matters less as a badge and more as a supply chain. It means the material is consistent, the warranty is real, and when a panel needs replacing in year three the color still matches.
Everything happens in our shop. Design, print, laminate, install. Nothing gets jobbed out to whoever is cheapest that week, which is why we can put our own warranty on the work instead of pointing at somebody else.
The biggest single job on our board right now is a school, roughly four thousand square feet of vinyl. The most repeated one is a fleet customer who wrapped around eighty vehicles with us last year and has more coming. Both of those are the same business: get the design right once, then apply it carefully, over and over.
Who you will talk to
Erin runs the shop and makes sure every job gets the quality touch it deserves. Sunny helps new customers with design, pricing and execution. Lindsay mans the phones and gets every job ready for install. Three people, one shop. You are not getting passed to a call center.
What we will not do
We do not chase every job. If a full color change on a personal car is what you need, we will tell you honestly whether we are the right shop.
The warranty
One year on material and labor from us, plus 3M's extended warranty on the material itself. The 3M cast vinyl is rated for about five years in this climate.
Where we work
San Antonio and the surrounding area, including Live Oak, Seguin and New Braunfels. Fleet work travels further.
